1. Read and accept all Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy on the next page.
2. Select the program/s.
3. Enter the number of places you would like to book for each program.
4. Select the date or date range in which you would like to search for availability of the program/s. You will be shown the first available program time on your date/s of choice. Please note that bookings can only be made up to 90 days in advance.
5. Select the program date that you would like to book from the choices presented or select a different date range.
6. Your selected program/s will be reserved for a period of 15 minutes only. Should the transaction not be finalised within 15 minutes, they will be re-released for sale and will need to repeat the process.
7. You must check all boxes to agree that you meet all criteria for participation.
8. Enter the full name of each participant in each program.
9. Check the Order Summary.
10. Complete your contact details.
11. Click PAY NOW to pay for your tickets with a valid credit card. All credit card payments are made through the Commonwealth Bank's secure payment facility. We accept Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. During this process DO NOT close the payment facility window or use the back button. This will result in an interruption to the transaction.
12. After completing your purchase you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please print your email confirmation.
13. On the day of your visit, you will be required to proceed to the Animal Adventures Check-In Centre located inside the park with your email confirmation to be processed for your program one hour prior to the program start time.
